Women's Emphasis Month
A Season of Transformation
For many years, the COG7 Southwest District Women’s Ministry has dedicated the month of March as Women’s Emphasis Month, a time when we also honor and appreciate our Pastor’s Wives. During this season, local Women’s Ministry groups were encouraged to partner with their pastors to plan activities or services that highlight the vital role women play in the church.
As women of God, we are called with purpose—to shape the next generation spiritually.

This year, our Lord’s Supper Service will take place on Tuesday evening, March 31st. We respectfully ask all local Women’s Ministry groups to prayerfully plan to dedicate this time to supporting your pastors and church through intentional prayer and preparation as we approach this sacred service.

The Lord’s Supper is an annual memorial of Christ’s death, in which believers partake of the bread and the cup—symbols of His body and blood. This service demonstrates our fellowship with our Savior until He comes again and is accompanied by footwashing.
As women of God, we are encouraged to come together in humility, prayer, and service, helping prepare hearts and minds for this meaningful time of remembrance.
